For over 20 years, I guided entrepreneurs and business owners in scaling and thriving, refining my expertise in resilience, leadership, and adaptability. But as I navigated my own personal challenges—raising a child with autism, ADHD, anxiety, and circadian rhythm sleep disorder while managing my own fibromyalgia—I realized my true purpose was helping parents like me find peace, strength, and clarity amid life’s toughest obstacles.
In 2018, I began a journey of transformation—embracing mindfulness, intentional choices, and self-care. Through this, I found peace in caregiving, strengthened my relationships (especially my marriage), and redefined my work with purpose.
My journey led me to become a certified professional dedicated to evidence-based coaching:

This is where the Holistic Wellness Coach plays a powerful role by helping clients reframe and change a host of social, psychological, spiritual, and physical habits. A Holistic Wellness Coach is a specific type of mentor, motivator, and guide that focuses on helping people improve their overall health and well-being. This includes a more integrative approach, helping people through lifestyle changes, self-care, improving eating habits, working on weight loss goals, providing resources in increasing physical activity in fun ways, teaching stress management skills, and supporting mental wellness. Holistic Wellness Coaches draw on evidence-based, client-centered processes that facilitate and empower clients to develop and achieve self-determined health and wellness goals, solutions, and natural methods to bring about lasting lifestyle changes for their clients.
While I am trained in holistic wellness and resilience coaching, I am not a licensed therapist, medical professional, or dietitian. My role is to provide support, guidance, and proven strategies, but medical conditions should always be addressed by a qualified healthcare provider.
